Baseball is a game that is hard to explain. It’s intricacies, complexities, subtlety are things admired by die-hard fans and agonized by those who fail to give it a shot. Like myself, the deeper you dive into the game the more you become entranced by it.
I have the absolute privilege of being able to say that I play this game for a living. And when I say that I mean it. I am living out my childhood dream and playing the game we all love professionally. My goal with this blog is to give you, fans, other players, parents, and more, the opportunity to read my first-hand experiences and interact with questions and topics you would like to hear about.
Now I am a pitcher, but that is not the only thing this blog will be focusing on. That is however the only thing you will know about me. While I do not claim to be an expert in anything, I would like to consider myself an expert of myself. What I have done, who I have met, what I have learned, the knowledge I have gained, and the willingness to share my love of this game to others. And while I may not be able to give you every answer, I will do my best to connect with people all across this game to gain the insight you desire.
With all of that being said, my email is open. I anyone who scrolls across this page to submit questions, ask about topics they want to learn more about, or just experiences they have gained so that I can comment and we can share great memories from this game. Feel free to reach out with anything. The purpose of this blog is to connect me to each reader, so that we can discuss and share ideas, or I can help you with the experiences of my own.
Sincerely,
That Baseball Guy
